Our Story

Bringing the slow pace of a Parisian café to Prior Lake

We started LoadTest Cold Brew 6 with a simple belief: coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched mornings of Parisian boutiques, we brought a refined espresso bar and a dedicated slow-steep process to our Minnesota neighborhood.

Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for exactly eighteen hours, extracting deep, sweet chocolate notes without the bitterness. We source our beans from local Midwest roasters who share our obsession with origin, and pair them with pastries laminated by hand in our kitchen every single morning.
